Check In/Out…Check in anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We do not have a front desk and our day is planned around check-ins. Please let us know when you expect to arrive so we can be sure to be here to greet you. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy… A 14 day cancellation notice is required. If less than 14 day notice is given, a $50 per night per room fee will apply, unless the room is re-booked. Our method of payment is by cash or credit card. Discover, MasterCard and Visa only.
Smoking Policy…In consideration of the other guests, there is no smoking in the building or on the Mill House grounds.
Additional Information…No pets allowed. Due to the proximity of the canal and the Maumee River, we do not encourage children under 12.
