Ok, here it is…..The requested recipe for Gluten Free Chocolate Cake!! This recipe was given to me by a frequent guest to The Mill House..It is more like a chewy chocolaty Brownie and is absolutely delicious!!
INGREDIENTS:
7 oz cocoa ( 2 tablespoons=1 oz)
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs separated
1 cup sugar
Melt butter with cocoa, add 4 egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar
Fold into chocolate mixture
Bake 300 degrees 40 minutes in 9 inch round cake pan
