Check In/Out…Check in anytime between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We do not have a front desk and our day is planned around check-ins. Please let us know when you expect to arrive so we can be sure to be here to greet you. If you are running more than an hour late, please give us a call before we call you. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy… A 14 day cancellation notice is required. If less than 14 day notice is given, a $50 per night per room fee will apply, unless the room is re-booked. For a whole house booking, a 30 day cancellation notice would apply. Our method of payment is by cash or credit card. Discover, MasterCard , Visa and American Express are accepted. A credit card is required to reserve the room. Policy applies for gift certificates as well. No shows will be charged full rate.
Rates – Rates assume double occupancy. Corporate rates are available.
Smoking Policy…In consideration of the other guests, there is no smoking in the building or on the Mill House grounds. Smoking is only permitted outside of the fencing around the perimeter of the grounds. Our policy includes all types of tobacco as well as e-cigarettes. Inn guests smoking in guest rooms or the common area will be charged a minimum $200 fee and any costs to return the room(s) to a non-smoking status.
Courtesy Hours…Due to the historical nature of the Inn, we ask guests to be considerate of others between the hours 11 PM and 8 AM.
Breakfast hours…A full breakfast is served between 8 AM and 9:30 AM. Before 8:00 AM, a continental breakfast will be served. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated with prior notice.
Alcohol Policy…Guests may bring there own, but for the safety and comfort of all our guests, please drink responsibly.
Children Policy…Due to the proximity of the canal and the Maumee River, we do not encourage children under 12.
Pet Policy…Pets cannot be accommodated anywhere on The Mill House grounds. The Gold Star Pet Resort is a local alternative. Please notify us when you are reserving if you have an ADA service animal.
Lost Key Policy…Any missing keys will need returned within one week or guest will be charged a minimum of a $50 fee or whatever it takes to secure the facility once again.
Damages Policy…While reasonable wear and tear is anticipated, negligent damages found to be the responsibility of a guest will be assessed and charged to the guest. Please report all spills and/or damages to the innkeepers promptly.
